Cajun vs. Creole
Is there a difference? The answer is a resounding yes! In this class we will explore some of the techniques, history and flavors of the Acadiana region and talk about the differences between Cajun and Creole cooking. We will learn to blacken steaks, and make a dark roux for our cajun gumbo featuring smoked andouille and seafood. For dessert… we do live in VA and fall in VA means apples. We will make a cajun apple gateau!
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
