The amazingly simple eye of round roast. Comfort food? Gourmet delicacy? The eye of round can be all of these things. We’ll take a look at this budget friendly and delicious cut of meat.
We’ll teach you to make a delicious beef carpaccio appetizer or salad and the ever-so popular southern comfort food… country-fried steak! Naturally biscuits and berry cobbler will complete our meal during this yummy class!
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
