Dinner Party Extravaganza!

The glorious standing rib roast will be the main attraction to this dinner party menu fit for a king. Not only will we show you how to bone, tie, season and roast a standing rib, we will also do a complete menu from baked oyster appetizers to a chocolate ganache tart for dessert. Spend the evening with us, learning some techniques that are sure to impress even your most discerning guests!

After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. This special class is $130 per person.

If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
