Comfort Food Craze
What is a comfort food? Definitions may vary, but at its heart, a comfort food makes us feel good like a hug from mom. In this class we will explore some of the classics to put together a meal that will make everyone run to the table. We will make Salisbury Steak, Buttermilk Biscuits, Green Bean Casserole and a fantastic Pecan Pie. No canned soups or frozen TV dinners here, we make these old-time favorites from scratch!
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
