Short Rib Shindig
Come celebrate one of the classic tastes of winter… the slow-cooked, rich and delicious braised short rib! We will prep delicious red wine braised short ribs and pair them with home-made macaroni and cheese. Start off this dinner with a delicious roasted winter squash soup and finish up with an impressive chocolate ganache tart with salted almond crust for dessert. Join us for this winter meal fit for a king!
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
