Oktoberfest

A great time of year to visit the art of sausage making! During this class we will make and stuff bratwurst to serve with a couple of traditional German specialties: Brezen ((German soft pretzels) and braised sauerkraut with apples. It’s a delicious kick-off to the fall season.
