Featuring Audley Angus beef

Come meet Butcher/Chef Jon Lander from The Butcher Station to have an interactive learning session about the different cuts of beef.  You will learn where the cuts come from, how to prepare and cook them as well as how to cut them.  There will be samples to taste.

Cost is $40 per person which includes a $10 voucher for the purchase of all natural Audley beef.  Our farm stand will be open as well to accommodate your needs.

Come join the fun and learn firsthand from a butcher and chef.  Bring your questions and appetite.
