We’ll use flank steak to make a classic Agrentinian chimmichuri, Peruvian style ceviche and Uruguayan Chaja Cake.
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
