Brats and Kraut!
We are back to the fine art of sausage making with this class! This time we will make everyone’s favorite: Bratwurst! Here is one fantastic way to use Audley’s delicious ground beef. With our help, you’ll make and stuff your own bratwurst, learn the art of making your very own sauerkraut as well as some great crusty bread to eat with those gourmet sausages you‘re making.
After completing the RSVP form please contact the farm directly to set up payment. Payment is what will secure your seat in the class. Each class is $100 per person.
If you become unable to attend the class for which you have registered please contact the farm directly so that your reservation can be cancelled and then be registered for an upcoming course.
