Bratwurst!

Each year we spend one class dedicated to making and stuffing sausages. This year we will be making bratwurst! Braised apples and cabbage will be a delicious addition to your hand-crafted sausages. As a grand finale to our season and a kick-off summer, we will make ice cream and homemade caramel sauce.
